Walking and active holidays in Corsica

We had a wonderful trip. The hotels were excellent, the food excellent and we will definitely do this again! Thank you so much for all the help and guidance.

Overall, a wonderful and varied hiking experience in Corsica. The trip was very well organized with all the arrangements re pick ups, hotels, baggage transfers, walking notes, etc.

We had a wonderful trip and your organization of it was most excellent. We would have no reservations in recommending Corsica Adventure to anyone and indeed talked up your company repeatedly throughout the trip in discussing our trek with fellow hikers!

What an awesome adventure. Only because of Corsica Aventure, was I able to walk the GR20 in relative luxury with my son. Better yet... he loved it!!! 13kg for me, 5kg for him and smiles from Calenzana to Conca!!! Thank you!!!

At the beginning I was insecure as to whether to take a guided tour as I was fit but not very experienced walker. We chose a self guided trip with Corsica adventure and was frankly one of the best trips of my life. Well organized and beautiful landscape.

This was a very energetic holiday, which would only suit experienced walkers. The scenery and sense of achievement were absolutely fantastic, and the support of Corsica Adventures was really good. I would highly recommend it, but don't underestimate how physical it is. It was some of the most beautiful and interesting terrain I have ever walked on, tougher and better than the tour de Mont Blanc.

It has been fantastic walking and climbing in our boots - we have seen the most fantastic nature and met a lot of great people. It has been thirteen amazing days. We had a great time! Every thing was very well organized before we started our trekking and during the trekking. Really no complaints at all!

Five beautiful days in the Corsican hills! What made this trip particularly enjoyable was the landscape, the rock pools and meeting real Corsicans who are very friendly and helpful people. The hotels were not fancy but they are all clean and run by very friendly Corsicans. The food is Corsican which means that it consists of saussisson, goat cheeses, boar stews and potatoes and the soupe Corse which can be anything! Do not go to Corsica for the food, go there for the wonderful landscapes and the people. Excellent trip.

This is sadly the last day of our holiday and we return to London tomorrow morning. I would like to thank you for helping to create such a memorable holiday for us. The hiking trip was fantastic and the routes, hotels and transfers were are all excellent. In respect of the hotels, we loved the first and last night in Corte and Piana respectively. We have been on many hiking holidays with a number of different companies. Corsica Aventure is one of the best we have experienced and I would happily recommend you to my friends and colleagues.

This is my third trip with Corsica Aventure and I am already hoping to come again soon. The Island Mystery Trip is stunning! As a non French speaker I appreciate the ease of booking through Corsica Aventure. In three trips I have not had a single problem with transport or accommodation.

Our contact person was a pleasure to work with. She was always available, gave good advice, and was flexible with our particular needs. We had a great time and will indicate to friends who may want to come to Corsica.

Thoroughly enjoyable walks every day. We were very pleased to have walked the GR20 from South to North. It kept the sun behind us, built up our fitness and confidence, helped to create our daily trekking routines, gradually increased the impressiveness of the mountain landscapes, and saved the two hardest days until the end. The GR20 felt remote and dominated by the mountains. We met some very friendly fellow walkers and had lots of fun during the evening meals. As always, thanks again for your help. We have relied on your advice so many times and always found it just what we wanted. We dealt with Nicola throughout our extended pre-booking and post-booking periods. She was continually helpful to us, and we consider she is a huge asset to the English speaking section of Corsica Aventure.

My friend and I have recently sucessfully completed the self-guided South to North GR20 (complete) organised by your company. It was a wonderful walk and a memorable mountain experience. We would like to record how impressed we have been with your English speaking section, throughout the whole planning and execution of the project. From our first contact with your company they were extrodinarily helpful, knowledgable and quick to respond to our many questions. We required extra assistance with several aspects of our trip from mapping, to transport arrangements and provision of extra items for the trip. They were always prompt and effective in dealing with these issues for us and this helped to make the walk problem free throughout. Even when we were on the trail the team were easy to contact and quick to help with hotel arrangements when we had to re-schedule a day because of bad weather, and confirming and paying for a taxi journey which was key to us catching our homeward flight on time. We are genuinely greatful for your professional and customer centred approach which helped us to complete this great walking trip.

We had a fabulous holiday and thank you very much for all your input in organising the holiday. We were a family group with ages from 10 to 70 and the weather was challenging at times. The snow for the children was a rare treat and to have the walk to Evisa in the snow on a day of beautiful sunny weather was great. All the hotels were great in different ways. Without exception all the staff and owners of the hotels were helpful and kind and breakfasts were all good. We enjoyed all the evening meals, where provided, especially in the Les Roches Rouges where the meals were exceptional and the setting is of course beautiful.

Some of the finest walking we've ever done. Everything went without a hitch and the Cap Corse itinerary was fabulous. Some minor issues but overall it was fabulous. I would happily have gone back to the start and done it all again!

Just want to take the opportunity to thank you and your colleagues at Corsica Adventures for organising our walk. While challenging at times it was a great experience and the four of us enjoyed the adventure immensely. Your choice of hotels more than met our expectations. Hotel Capo Rosso at Piana was particularly good. Spectacular views. Hotel staff at each location were more than obliging when they knew that were associated with Corsica Adventures.The taxi "pick ups" were all on time and we found the drivers very helpful.We were all struck by the unique beauty of Corsica. One of the few countries that we have visited that has not been impacted upon by mass tourism. Thanks again for making our holiday go so well !
