Reservation Our website provides you with a secure online booking system. You simply fill in the form by clicking on the ‘Book’ button at the bottom of the information about your chosen holiday. The last ‘click’ confirming your reservation implies you accept the Terms and Conditions on behalf of all holiday participants.
Group holidays If you are booking a group holiday, please provide us with all names and information about each participant, as well as the lead participant’s name, for us to address all further correspondence. If you require separate invoices, please open multiple files as a single invoice can only be provided per file.
Booking fees Booking fees of €5 per person apply.
Insurance We offer comprehensive insurance, specially designed for adventure travel, for a cost of 3.10% of your total holiday price.
Payment by bank card To speed up the processing of your reservation we advise you to pay by bank card. This can be done at the time of booking or by telephone. To secure online payments we use the SPPLUS system provided by the Caisse d’Epargne bank. This enables us to transfer payments directly from the card to our bank. When you make a payment this way, all your data is encrypted, guaranteeing total security!

Attach your transfer order to your reservation. Holiday vouchers are accepted.
Confirmation Upon receipt of your booking request and payment, one of our advisers will confirm your booking. You should receive booking confirmation within 48 hours. Following this you will have access to your customer space.
Final balance Your final balance payment should be made 30 days before your departure date at the latest (please note, no reminder is given). If we do not receive payment, your holiday can be cancelled without warning and TOUR AVENTURE TREKKING as the right to withhold the deposit.
Documentation Once full payment has been received, you will be issued with all the necessary documentation including meeting points and useful contacts.
